The award was presented on May 22, 2026, in recognition of the website meeting key criteria, including technical standards, user-friendliness, and reliable content.
As a result of this significant achievement, Citizen.lk has secured a direct qualification for the main stage of BestWeb.LK 2026, Sri Lanka's premier official website competition.
